Former D.C. drug kingpin Rayful Edmond III, who died within a year of his release date after spending over three decades in prison, succumbed to complications of hypertensive cardiovascular disease, a Florida coroner ruled. Edmond, 60, died as a result of clogged arteries, according to a Lee County medical examiner.
