Japan is currently on high alert after a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 struck the Ishikawa prefecture in the center of the island of Honshu. The earthquake has prompted authorities to issue a tsunami warning for the entire western coast of Japan, with waves expected to reach up to five meters in height.
